Dear Al:

It is great to see that you are still keeping hand to pen. I enjoyed seeing your health benefits of coffee in the winter volume of JLGH. I feel very special to know that now there is a journal for my previous training hospital and somehow I feel better about myself when I see the cover. I would make this letter longer but I am tremoring from the excessive caffeine intake that I have taken to every since your article and I am having a hard time holding the Dictaphone steady.

My cardiologist and his lawyer will be contacting you soon.

Sincerely,

Joseph W. Hinterberger, M.D., F.A.A.L.P., P.L.L.C.
