The 2022 Mpox global public health emergency was unique in that flu-like symptoms were not always present, but when present, could occur before, after, or concomitantly with onset of rash. This report discusses the progression of Mpox rash in a 51-year-old male who presented with a lesion on his finger. The role technology played in his care is also considered.

This scientific report looks at a recent study suggesting educational interventions can significantly change nurses' knowledge of TIC in the NICU.
